That depends on the person. I don't talk about it with everyone; that would be very self-indulgent, but if it comes up in conversation I don't mind talking about it as much as they're interested, and some people are very interested. But because there's stigma and people are conditioned to not ask people about their disability/dysfunction or whatever you want to call it, I find I can open the door on the subject by mentioning it. Some people might then ask a question or say something that shows their interest, and that can lead to a conversation where I can verbalise my thoughts about it, and they learn something they didn't know.
