Persons who have SOs tend to have a mild stutter. And they get to preach other persons who stutter that if you just accept who you are and be yourself, women/men will look past that. Then there is some luck involved in finding the right person. It is a numbers game. The more you put yourself out there the better. In my experience, I’ve met only a handful of women who were okay with my stutter. For some, the first impression really matters. If we are not confident at that time, it is over. For some others, even if you are confident, the stutter is not something they like to have in a partner. My 2cents.
