I would say just working on my self-esteem and positive reinforcement from other people. I also went to therapy for a while where I talked about my feelings about stuttering, shame, social anxiety etc. But it's been a hard process. I used to study theater but gave it up because I couldn't read my lines without stuttering. During the past couple years I've relocated to another country and traveled alone a lot. So I was always being forced into talking to people. Introducing myself always gives me anxiety because I often stutter on my name and sometimes block completly.
