Everyone stutters/stammers in their own way so it very well could be him suffering. I have like 4 different ways I stutter, so that could just be 1 way that he stutters. I would try to take him to a speech therapist if he’s young enough. Speech therapy at a young age can possibly get rid of stuttering.
