People saying words for you

People saying words for you Does anyone else secretly enjoy when the person you're speaking to just says the word when your very clearly blocking? Obvs this is context dependant, but a lot of the time I'd much rather be able to have a flowing conversation and move to the next point, instead of having them wait for me to finish blocking after 2 mins just for the sake of saying an insignificant word.
