Tell this to people when they make fun of your stutter. I’ve just recently learned a very special fact, and it comes in handy when people make fun of my stutter. I had my gf (she was just teasing it wasn’t anything actually mean) and a couple other kids and school make fun of my stutter. At first I say “Hey I have a stutter.” And they’re like “Well I was just teasing.” And I say “Did you know that stuttering is technically a disability.” They look at me funny, either unsure of what i said is true or not, brushing it off, or trying to dig themselves a deeper hole. They seem to be like whatever he’s so dumb, how is it a disability? A disability is something that effects your daily life. If I can’t talk correctly, then it’s a disability. I really hope it makes those people go to bed at night feeling bad, knowing they made fun of a disabled kid in their face. Edit: I realize this is nOt the way to go about life at all, just it gets a little annoying when people do this to my face day in and day out. This post was stupid.
