Im gonna make a big try to change First off, stuttering has been bothering me for years. Its held me back from relationships, and lots of other things because im so embarassed by it. Im a so-called covert stutterer, and life can be pretty hard having trying to hide it everyday. I am now at the point where im "socially awkward". People think im weird, extremely shy etc. I want to change, but i know i have to do it step by step, and i was wondering if you guys has any tricks. I think i will make some challenges, for example: Day 1: Ask a stranger for directions, make a phone call to a family member etc. Something like that. Day 2: See a doctor and tell about my problems And build it up from there. I think thats the way to go to make this better.
