My opinion is, when you're working out more, you are releasing more stress. Working out is a great outlet for pent up stress or frustration. For most people, stress and anxiety causes us to stutter more. So, because you're less stressed lately due to working out, your stutter may be less noticeable! Which is great news. I hope this continues to be successful for you!
