Yes. I am Brazilian-American and most of my family lives in Brazil, so when I speak on the phone with them, I have to speak in Portuguese and my stutter gets crazy bad. Also, I take French in school and my stutter is worse generally in French than it is in English as well, although my stutter in French isn’t nearly as bad as in Portuguese.
