I have the same issue. Weird how the brain works. Not only that but I came to this country at the age of 4. Although English was not my first language I spoke Russian as well as a four year old could and now I can speak it on perhaps a grade school level( know enough to order from a restaurant) with that said my stutter increases twice as bad when I speak it.
