I'm 21, hit my breaking point when I was 19 in college. Broke down outside the dorm. I went back to speech therapy which has helped tremendously. It's hard to embrace the suck, but reading about theodore roosevelt living the strenuous life and being told he couldnt do anything b/c he was a sickly child somehow resonated with me. There are days, weeks, were I get sad and anxious but those periods happen less and shorter as time goes on.
