Maybe just pause until the block diminish and then you can say your business... thats a BIG question so there is no easy solution. Keep trying what works for you. But you make a great discovery... that forcing your way throguht its not the way to go. I think using substite words also comes to mind but maybe its not the ideal solution. It keep re-enforcing your stuttering mindset because you are avoiding the situation instead of dealing with it. And then, it will happen sometime that you get in a corner with a word or situation you dont have easy substitute and you will try to force your way out making the twitches and stuff. Keep observing youself WHEN you stutter (what you do before, during and after) and when you DONT stutter. You will soon find the pattern and break it. Observing is the key. Goodbye
