Sorry if you mentioned this in the post and I overlooked it, but how often do you take it? Once a day? Also, when do you take it? Do you take it in the morning and it lasts the whole day? I'm very interested in this because I struggle socially because of my stutter and it would be life changing if I could stop stressing so much
