If I could be ready for all situations in which the adrenaline rush covers me (“hit or run” reaction), then I could not stutter and more soberly assess situations and people, because at rest I do not stutter or stutter very easily I do not lose my thoughts and I can soberly reason. . I am in two states: \#1 State: State of Threat and Distress \#2 State: State of Trust and Love . More often, in stressful situations, I choose # 1. But, unfortunately, these situations only seem to be threatening, but in fact these are my thinking errors.
