I stutter no matter in what situation or what I'm doing, and my anxiety and if I'm calm or not also plays a big role, sometimes I can have big blocks or severe stutters, and even get stuck on certain words, unable to go further unless I stop talking for a while, I don't know why but my stutter got worse after 2020 covid. Before 2020 I felt like it was managable, but now it has affected my self confidence and me as a person. It's like a restriction, What should I do? Should I get a speech therapist? I'm always aware of people and what they would think of me, and it makes my situation worse. The only place where I don't stutter at, Is in my mind or when I'm thinking, At least I can have that I guess.
