The “this is only for men” posts are kind of pointless, because it just excludes what is already such a minority. This isn’t a massive subreddit where an OP would have to sift through hundreds of comments. Hoards of women aren’t coming in and taking over the conversation. I feel like our dating struggles are often dismissed here. I’m not drowning in men, not all men are cool with stuttering. I also don’t have that magical circle of supportive friends, that we apparently all have. I particularly dislike “men are supposed to be strong so it makes it worse”. As if our own gender expectations and stereotypes don’t clash with stuttering.
