I’m 51 and have had an impossible time saying my name. However, I’ve been taking an anti-anxiety pill for 10 years and haven’t had a problem since. My son also stutters and I just put him on the same medication 2 weeks ago. Hoping he has the same results. This medication is not a cure, but reduced my stuttering from a 6 to a 2 in all this time. I now love saying my name. After all these years I tried every trick. When I was pregnant with my second kid, I even got teased in yoga class because I stuttered on my name. Can you believe that?? That was 13 years ago. Sucks.
