Hide it? No. I work alongside an entire hospital, have a family at home, and stream on twitch on the weekends, so being a mute isn't an option I even want to have lol. Now do I selectively avoid certain words or sounds? Yes! If I know for a fact I'm about to stutter really badly on a word, I'll usually use a synonym of that word. I still stutter, but not nearly as much as I would if I had tried that certain sound.
