No offense but I see you're just like me, both stuttering and rambling 😅 You could have said all that in less than five minutes. It's a good story though! Lately I reflect more on this and always end up catching myself repeating and overexplaining stuff, sometimes even forgetting my own point. Sure this stutter fatigue you mention hits hard and can throw you off track quickly but I feel that if I was talking less, I would also be stuttering less. Don't know if this is just a bad habit or a stutter defense/compensation mechanism, where after a block I would talk more just to feel fluent again and not be as embarrassed. So to deal with this I'm trying to use a completely opposite approach to yours, to actually put the listener first and be as consise as possible with my thoughts, using breathing to get the hard words out.
