I’ve been focusing on breathing (from the diaphragm) and SLOWING DOWN. Try to consciously make an effort to slow down your speech. And in general, I try to keep my anxiety levels down, whether it’s yoga, meditation, deep breathing, working out, etc. I hope these tips can help you a bit. I know everyone is different though.
