is this suttering

is this suttering So from what I remembering of one of the first times i started stuttering was about 3 years ago where i stuttered slightly with words that had the letters mostly d and t. I don't have this stuttering I see mostly here where people like stop during sentences or draaaaag the words, for me its like when i say words with like 2 d's or t's in it i repeat the word for example worlds like "didn't" can sometimes come out like "dididnt". This is a nightmare for me around people, I have so much to say and talk but i always think that i will stutter and ruin myself, any help is appreciated!
