I don't know. Maybe if the people at the new place are nicer, warmer and more welcoming then maybe I'd be more inclined to speak more and try connecting more with people. The only benefit I see to changing your location would be if the location your coming from has an environment filled with toxic people who constantly make fun of you for your speech and generally has a culture of bullying others who are different. Like say for example you're coming from a third world country and moving to a first world country. But even then your still going to face challenges with your speech. You're still going to face the mental, physical and mental drain from having a stutter, especially if yours is quite severe or even moderate. It's going to be better for your mental health though if your environment isn't openly toxic.
