Content
Right! If only more people would focus on the actual content and not on the speaking. I've heard one or the other stuttering person giving a talk in public and it looked to me as if the people were so fascinated by the struggle of the speaker that the content wasn't really important anymore. Wasn't there an experiment where an actor would give a confident and smart-sounding speech without any actual content in front of an informed crowd? In the end the crowd was absolutely convinced that the speech was interesting and factually correct although it was all acting and nonsense. I think the reverse is also true: if you cannot act confidently and sound smart, the content of the speech doesn't matter as much. :(
