It might help with anxiety which could help with stuttering. My stuttering mainly comes from my anxiety; what helped me was lowering my caffeine intake (<50mg / day) and taking 200-400 mg of l-theanine. L-theanine is similar to GABA, both are known to help with anxiety. But remember these are only supplements, they might help reduce stuttering but won’t completely stop it.
