Acceptance. It's difficult because of how hindering it can be, but what's helped me is not viewing it as something bad because nobody i interact with has an issue with it only me which says alot about the character of the people i spend time with, but how much i focus i put on it which in the grand-scheme of things is just a small reflection of who i am.
