If you are afraid of having blocks when talking, just exposure therapy and disclosure, in which you just block openly to your audience and disclose you have stuttering. It is pretty normal in PWS' minds they are exaggerating the consequences of stuttering because of negative experiences in the past but the truth is firstly those who ignore and mock you because of your stuttering do not deserve your times and ruminations, secondly this may trap you into a vicious circle:anticipate the consequences of stuttering→make the situations worse when talking(Self-fulfilling prophecies realized)→People have bad responses to your stuttering→anticipations come true+your negative perceptions of stuttering are reinforced→anticpate the consequences of stuttering, and finally you should know stuttering is incurable so it's very unlikely not to be given bad responses so sooner or later you gotta face them, so it's pointless to be afraid of them.
