I started to do positive reinforcement and it’s actually worked a ton. I’m training my subconscious to think I don’t have a stutter and I’ve removed a lot of blocks somehow. I noticed that when I started doing this I felt a lot more positive and I wasn’t overthinking every situation. I didn’t think “my stutter would probably stop me from saying x”, I just think about “oh I have to say this. No problem” and the words come out smoother
