I earn about 1.5+ million , I have an electrical engineering job that pays 100k+. I own a successful Amazon business with about 8 employees and i own 2 franchised drink shops with about 30 employees combined. In other words, i have to constantly train and communicate with staff. I let my work ethics, hustle and grind do all the talking for me as I wear my stutter on my chest! I'm valued at my job for my skills and experience and not by what I say. As a matter of fact, they probably prefer it that way. It's no secret, everyone's knows I stutter, but I brush it off and I believe I've gotten more confident over the years. However, my case might be different from others since I'm what you might consider a mild stutterer. I do feel that even if I was a severe stutter, I don't believe it would change my outcome all that much because it's your mentality. I have always willed myself to victory, that includes staying up late nights and sacrificing my weekends!
