I can measure the exhale rate in terms of seconds by a self developed test. This test also explain how the normal speaking people can speak up to 15 seconds with an inhale, as the stutterers has to inhale after 5 seconds. I started the M Test 2 years ago with 14 seconds. Owing to my method, I get 50 seconds. This M test should be a scientific discovery.It depicts a measurable quantity, which plays an important role. M Test and oxygen saturation are depemdent on each other.Low values puts you in panic very easily and you have no more control. If you remove mental blocks, M test result will improve, fluency ratio increases.
