Boron unexpectedly helping fluency? I added boron to my supplement stack a few days ago, mainly to increase energy levels and muscle development. One unexpected effect is that my speech is way more fluent. I’m speaking slower and speaking feels more effortless in both English and when speaking Arabic, which is a language I usually have a hard time with. I did some searching and all I could find is this small study from Jordan where children who stutter were found to have lower levels of 15 elements, including boron. Wondering if anyone else had a similar experience or any idea of why this would be?
