i’ve recently started stuttering with certain words and i don’t know why

i’ve recently started stuttering with certain words and i don’t know why over the last 6 months or so, sometimes when i start a sentence with the letter W like “what” or “why” i struggle to get the words out. it’s not like i’m saying it and then stuttering, i simply just can’t get the sound out of my mouth. i can make the W movement with my mouth but i just can’t say it. this doesn’t always trigger but it’s definitely gotten a lot worse since it started. is it anything i need to worry about?
