Hello, 1. Get a quality night of sleep in beforehand (standard 8 hours) 2. Practice what you are going to say repeatedly beforehand 3. Accept that you probably will stutter 4. Meditate, or do anything else before that may help release any tension you might have before the presentation 5. If one of the main factors that makes you nervous for presentations is stuttering in front of people who don't know you have a stutter, try to self advertise. For example, start the presentation off by saying that you have a stutter. This will help make you feel in control of the stutter, and release tension and anxiety you may have built up before going up to start presenting.
