My parents don't do that, but i still stutter the most with them. Reason? Because i don't care if i stutter around then. I use full words and sentences that i know is going to be hard, because i don't care. I can block up really badly when speaking to my parents, never happens with strangers or friends. If i'm around my friends i choose words more visely and speak when i'm feeling like it. And if i am forced to speak, then my adrenaline kicks in and it helps.
