Don't worry about the rant! Most people here love reading about various perspectives and are constantly trying to learn new things. I'm in my early twenties and it's good to know what the possibilities are in the future. I am used to being alone especially because I'm doing my masters right now. I am quite social whenever I'm with people either during my part time job or while I'm doing group projects. I haven't been pursuing my hobbies that much because of a lack of time but I have always been fine with being alone. I figured if at all I have no interaction whatsoever in the future, just like having a remote job as you said, I've always known that I can join a club of some sport. You can also join art clubs if there are any or even join a gym and interact and make friends there. You can always find an in-person job sooner or later as well.
