I 100% agree. I was thinking about making a similar post the other day. The sad truth is, we’re probably not going to get rid of our stutter but we can definitely change our outlook. I was a rough patch from December 2021 - June 2022 and I didn’t think I would get better. I started paying attention to stuff I was doing and I realized I was in such a state because it was product of my actions. I was listening to depressing music, I was constantly comparing myself, I was beating myself up, I was getting envious of other people. Changing these things and letting negative emotions slide really helped me and I think I’ve found a way to keep them to a minimum. For everyone in a rough patch the now, you’ll get through it. But it takes a bit of effort from your end. Stop caring, stop comparing. Start accepting and loving yourself
