Help Has anyone here ever felt like people are feeling sorry for you? Like they go out of their way to be extra polite in front of you just to avoid hurting your feelings? I'm sure some of this is just in my head, but I've always felt like my friends have always done this. They alway seem to tease or roast each other a lot quite often but they hardly say anything offensive in front of me. On the flip side, they also tend to be more open with each other than they are with me. I've been trying to make peace with my stutter but I'm afraid I won't go anywhere if this keeps going on. Also, this is probably just me venting after a long day combined with sleep deprivation.
