We ain't got nothin to hide

We ain't got nothin to hide "... you just keep on walkin' 'cause you me and sister ain't got nothin' to hide." -- Scatman John Adult stutterer here who had a great presentation at work. Practiced everything I've been taught-- got a good night's sleep, been laying off booze, exercising, not being overly sensitive about stuttering. Surprisingly fluent during the presentation but that's not the win. The win is that despite years of crippling fear of speaking on phones and doing presentations, I'm at a place where I dont hide and I dont avoid. I'll get hung up on a word once in a while, but it's not a crisis. TLDR; growth is possible -- dont quit!!
