Have you ever been to a support group or group therapy session, if so, what was it like?

Have you ever been to a support group or group therapy session, if so, what was it like? So I stutter and was wondering about these sessions and I’d like to hear you experiences. I don’t know anyone else who stutters so I guess it would be nice to meet other people with shared experience.
