My hacks for my stuttering, Share yours! I've seen some comments saying that you have to deal with your stuttering. That's all. It looks like people don't have stuttering and think that this advice can help. I'm 33. I've been stuttering since I was three. So 30 years of my stuttering and all the problems that I have because of stuttering. But! I'm a mental stutterer, which means I have stuttering only in certain situations, like phone calls, and when I need to say certain words. I have some hacks for myself, but it always depends. My very first hack is to stop respecting the other person while you are talking to him. It always works! I know how it sounds, but it always works, especially when you need to talk with someone very important. Just try to pretend that you are not respecting him. (Yes, we stutters are a little bit crazy.). The second hack for me is language practice. You will stammer less as you speak more. (But it doesn't work when you are alone, because when you are alone, you don't stutter at all.) Language clubs, friends, markets, or bars, try to speak as much as possible. For me, it's the best way to avoid weird situations with my stuttering. The third and last thing that works for me is understanding that no one cares that you stutter. And this is the weirdest part for me as a stutterer. I blamed my stuttering for my entire life and all the situations that I had, but when you overthink all those situations, you can realize that it wasn't because of stuttering. You could always figure out that situation, but is that the easiest way? You can always say "no" because you are stuttering, but really no one cares; just try to be the best. P.s. Sorry guys for my grammar, I'm not a native English speaker.
