I'm not going to make a resolution like that because I don't think that it really helps the overall problem that I have. I have realized that I stutter the most when I am uncomfortable, tired, unhappy, hungry, stressed, worried, don't practice 'restriction' from certain things, etc etc. When I do feel these things, I can feel my emotions and thoughts get overwhelming and I forget to relax. So my resolution is just to choose happiness above all else. Yes, I will be trying to not give a fuck when I stutter, but also to be able to just feel good on the inside as well as on the outside.
