At 19 my first part time job was mail selection as in ordering and filtering important or non important mail and putting it in order for the mail man. Only had to talk with the boss and coworkers also had my own cubicle. My boss didn't mind my stutter at all because I was one of the very few workers with 0 writeups on their record. When you order it wrong or whatever they write u up. So had no problems at all there honestly. Also paid double of what my friends in clubs/bars got.
