My Stuttering Improvement Journey: Keeping Up-to-Date Progress Hi everyone, as you read the title, I am going to make this post a monitor for my progress, and it will be updated on a monthly basis. Please note that the updates may not always occur exactly every 30 days but rather when I feel it's the right time to be updated. Part 1 • Feb 27 - The past 30 days have been great for me as my stutter has reduced dramatically. I believe the reason behind this improvement is because I forced myself to: • Reading 30 m (daily) • Go to the gym (change my body shape increased my confidence) • Build new good habits, such as drinking 3 liters of water daily. Although this is not directly related to my stutter, it has helped me shift my focus towards things that benefit me rather than constantly feeling anxious. • Stop masturbating for over 3 months. This is a significant accomplishment for me, as I used to engage in this habit daily for the past 14 years (destroying habit) - However, over the past 3 days, I have noticed an increase in my stutter, and I believe it may be related to the bad habit I engaged in 3 days ago. (destroying habit) I have a presentation coming up in 1.5 weeks, and I will provide an update on it in the second part of this post, which will likely be at the end of March.
