Hang in there. I totally understand overthinking; this was me toward the end of high school and all of college (and even now). It can take the life right out of you. It's something I still struggle with from time to time. For me, I had to talk to someone. I was never 100% comfortable in opening up to a counselor, though I tried. And certainly not my parents. So for me, close friends were what got me through it time and time again. Be open about it, but only if you're comfortable.
