You get a decision to be able to talk out loud whatever you say in your mind, but it’s permanent. Would you take it? Honestly the way I talk in my mind is so fluent and charismatic I’d be tempted to take it. But there are major downsides too, like you can’t think because you’ll say out loud whatever you’re thinking.
