I just try to do mock interviews with family members and find words or phrases that I can say easily. I try to game plan for as much as I can. I feel like with stuttering the more we say something the easier it becomes. I used to work in a job where I had to make announcements to the public. I found a spiel I would say every time , a certain way and I could say it without thinking about it. I could say it clearly without any issues. But it took me awhile to get to that level of fluency. Words that were hard for me to say, I got rid of them for easier words. Or I found phrases that made them flow better for me.
