I am going to echo some of the other sentiments I've read so far. The best thing you can do for yourself is to do presentation work. No matter what job you have you will need to communicate verbally. You are entering college now. In high school there are lots of insensitive jerks. In college there are much less. These kids want to be there to learn something. There isn't the jungle mentality. My advice is to raise your hand and speak up often in class. It's up to you to help Normalize stuttering. Then people will understand and know what to expect when you speak. Good luck!
