I feel you man, it one thing to know to use your techniques but it's another thing feeling comfortable using them in 'real life' situations. I think it is important to work in little steps. First make sure you are comfortable using your techniques at home. If this is the case you can move on to your friends maybe or other relatives. Like this you can work in incremental steps because if you just try to do it in the most challenging situations for example at work or doing presentations you won't feel comfortabele yet and your body will Just Block. At least I experience it this way
