You can't actively heal stuttering if you keep blaming everything around you. I used to point everything on other things until one day I went to therapy. There, I had to face what my stutter is and most importantly what it isn't. It wasn't the reason I had no friends, my social anxiety was. Once I learned to control the stutter life wasnt per se easier, but I knew how to handle the hard moments when I had big trouble speaking. Stop blaming the universe for your stutter if you want to fix it.
