Light touches! Say consonant sounds really softly. So, when you say a word with "G," and stutter on it, you probably have a lot of tension in your throat. Now, just barely engage those muscles so you still get the sound, but not the tension. With "D," same thing. Just practice saying those sounds really softly instead of putting emphasis on them.
