By pornography do you mean masturbation? If so, yes, masturbation and/or orgasm has made and even triggered my stutter in my high school years. Try nofap if you can survive. Porn and masturbation has caused my stutter in particular. Some people might have other causes but dopamine is mine, and quite very possibly yours too.
